For me, fitness is more than a workout—it’s an act of worship and a way to honor the body God has given me. When my health faltered, I saw how deeply I relied on my body to fulfill my purpose. In my weakness, I found that God’s strength shines brightest. Now, each day begins with an inside-out approach, focused on gratitude, strength and praise.

Every workout is a moment to reconnect with God’s purpose, and I’m thrilled to invite you to join this journey of faith, movement and empowerment alongside me.

As a certified REFIT instructor, my goal is to create a welcoming space where every workout (whether in person or virtual) is a celebration of strength and faith. Through REFIT, I’ve seen lives transformed (mine included!)—not just physically, but in confidence, community and purpose—and I’m excited to help you experience that same impact.

Move on Purpose: A Virtual REFIT® Experience

As Stephanie discovered the transformative power of REFIT® in her life, she felt a calling to create a space where women can experience the same in theirs. That’s where Move on Purpose comes in—a program designed for women that brings fitness, faith and community together in a powerful way, helping you show up fully, inside and out.

Move on Purpose is designed to seamlessly fit into your schedule with 30-minute, virtual workouts multiple times a week. Each session features high-impact, low-intensity moves to engage your body without overwhelming it. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or seeking a fresh way to stay active, this program empowers you to build strength, confidence and a deeper sense of purpose—one step at a time.

How the Virtual Program Works

Move on Purpose is a monthly virtual workout experience led by Stephanie Feger, a certified REFIT® instructor. When you join the program, you’ll:

  • Participate in live 30-minute workouts offered multiple times a week, designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. (Some weeks, Stephanie may surprise you with additional sessions to keep the momentum going!)
  • Engage in diverse themes such as Faith + Flow, Core + More and Freedom Fridays, each bringing a unique focus that nurtures your body, spirit and confidence.
  • Connect with a supportive community of like-minded women who share your goals, providing encouragement and motivation as you embark on this journey together.

Workout Details

Virtual workouts take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8 a.m. EST and 7 p.m. EST.* (*Dates/times may adjust due to Stephanie’s schedule. Move on Purpose members will be made aware.)

Faith + Flow: Mondays offer a full cardio workout set to an uplifting Christian playlist, seamlessly blending energetic movement with a focus on faith to inspire and invigorate your spirit.

Core + More: Strengthen your core and beyond with dynamic exercises on Wednesdays designed to enhance stability and overall fitness, empowering you to tackle your day with confidence.

Freedom Fridays: Celebrate the end of the week with fun, themed workouts that inspire joy and encourage self-expression, leaving you refreshed and ready for the weekend!

Have questions? Here are some common questions about Move on Purpose to give you more insight into how the program works, what to expect and how to make the most of your experience.

The monthly membership includes multiple weekly 30-minute live workouts, community support and surprise bonus sessions. Each month you’ll have the opportunity to participate in at least 12 live workouts, which breaks down to $2.50 a workout! (And due to popular request, the current schedule offers 20+ workouts each month.)

Live workouts take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 a.m. EST and 7 p.m. EST and Fridays at 8 a.m. EST unless otherwise noted within the Move on Purpose community. Some weeks may also include bonus sessions!

No special equipment is needed—just your computer, access to Zoom (the software we will be using for the workouts), some comfortable space to move and a positive attitude!

Absolutely! Move on Purpose is designed for every body and everybody! Stephanie offers options and modifications for all fitness levels, so you can go at your own pace.

Since recordings aren’t available due to instructor guidelines, each live workout is designed as a fresh experience you won’t want to miss! We encourage you to join live whenever possible to fully experience the energy and connection of each session.

Once you join Move on Purpose, you’ll receive a link for each live workout. And, you’ll be invited into the closed Facebook group where Stephanie will toss in bonus sessions, additional insights and more!

Right now, Move on Purpose is offered on a month-to-month basis. You can choose each month to continue, so there’s no long-term commitment required—just join for a month, and see how it fits!
