What started as a way to just move my body quickly became the highlight of my week. I found strength, confidence and a community I didn’t even know I was missing. And honestly it wasn’t just my body that grew stronger—my faith and my mindset did, too.

For me, fitness is more than a workout—it’s an act of worship and a way to honor the body God has given me. When my health faltered, I saw how deeply I relied on my body to fulfill my purpose. In my weakness, I found that God’s strength shines brightest. Now, each day begins with an inside-out approach, focused on gratitude, strength and praise.

Every Move on Purpose workout is a moment to reconnect with God’s purpose, and I’m thrilled to invite you to join this journey of faith, movement and empowerment alongside me.

As a certified REFIT® and REV+FLOW instructor, my goal is to create a welcoming space where every workout (whether in person or virtual) is a celebration of strength and faith. And everybody and EVERY BODY is welcomed! Through Move on Purpose, lives have been transformed—including mine—not just physically, but in confidence, community and purpose. Move on Purpose: A Virtual REFIT® and REV+FLOW Experience

As Stephanie discovered the transformative power of REFIT® and REV+FLOW in her life, she felt a calling to create a space where women can experience the same in theirs. That’s where Move on Purpose comes in—a program designed for women that brings fitness, faith and community together in a powerful way, helping you show up fully, inside and out.

Move on Purpose is designed to seamlessly fit into your schedule with virtual workouts multiple times a week. Workouts range from 30-minutes to 1-hour depending upon the class. Each session features high-impact, low-intensity moves to engage your body without overwhelming it. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or seeking a fresh way to stay active, this program empowers you to care for your body—one step at a time.

How the Virtual Program Works

Move on Purpose is a monthly virtual workout experience led by Stephanie Feger, a certified REFIT® and REV+FLOW instructor. When you join the program, you’ll:

  • Participate in live 30-minute to 1-hour workouts offered multiple times a week, designed with your busy schedule in mind.
  • Enjoy diverse playlist themes like Monday’s Worship Workout, featuring a full faith-based soundtrack and Wednesday’s Midweek Mix, spotlighting a fresh monthly theme.
  • Choose from both REFIT® and REV+FLOW workouts, blending cardio, strength and mobility to suit your goals and fitness level.
  • Connect with a supportive community of like-minded women who share your goals, providing encouragement and motivation as you embark on this journey together.

Workout Details

Virtual workouts take place on Monday-Saturday.*Dates/times may adjust due to schedules.

Mondays, Worship Workout: (30-minute classes offered at 8 a.m. & 7 p.m.) This full cardio workout is set to an uplifting Christian playlist, blending movement with faith to inspire your spirit.

Wednesdays, Midweek Mix: (30-minute classes offered at 8 a.m. & 7 p.m.) Recharge your week with a fresh workout built around a new theme each month—keeping things engaging and impactful.

Fridays, REFIT Rewind: (30-minute class offered at 8 a.m.) Revisit favorite songs from past classes, allowing you to move to music you know, reinforcing what you’ve learned.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, REV+FLOW: (1-hour class offered; Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Thursdays at 7 a.m.) This 45–60 minute low-impact workout is gentle on joints but high on results. Just bring a yoga mat—and light weights if you’d like.

Saturdays, Early Hour: (1-hour class offered at 7:30 a.m.) This class features a rotating 1-hour workout—some weeks it’s REFIT®, other weeks it’s REV+FLOW. (These classes are also offered to non-Move on Purpose members for $5! Want to join a class? Click here to sign up.)

I’m a huge fan of the Move on Purpose virtual workout program! I started the month unsure of my stamina and ability to workout, but Stephanie is great about offering modifications – while also encouraging me to keep going. I’ve had so much FUN moving my body. It’s built my confidence and I love seeing my progress from week to week. I’ll definitely be continuing with this for months to come! It’s been a huge part of my continued healing.

I was looking for an instructor that was accepting of the limitations with my knee that didn’t make me feel inadequate if I couldn’t keep up. I found that and so much more with Stephanie! I have loved the ability of having weekly virtual workouts where the music selection is fun and motivating. Stephanie is great with explaining the moves and providing modifications when I need them. While the purpose is the exercise part, I think my favorite part is the spiritual aspect of the class and the great ladies I’ve met along the way.

Have questions? Here are some common questions about Move on Purpose to give you more insight into how the program works, what to expect and how to make the most of your experience.

The monthly membership includes multiple weekly 30-minute to 1-hour live workouts, community support and surprise bonus sessions. Each month you’ll have the opportunity to participate in loads of live workouts (upwards of 30 a month), which breaks down to $1 a workout!

Live workouts take place Monday through Saturday. Mondays and Wednesdays, 30-minute workouts take place at 8 a.m. EST and 7 p.m. EST and Fridays at 8 a.m. EST unless otherwise noted within the Move on Purpose community. REV+FLOW 1-hour workouts are Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Thursdays at 7 a.m. Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. we have a 1-hour rotating workout, too! Some weeks may also include bonus sessions!

No special equipment is needed—just your computer, access to Zoom (the software we will be using for the workouts), some comfortable space to move and a positive attitude! REV+FLOW does integrate yoga mats and low pound weights if desired (I’m talking 1-2 lbs!) but not required.

Absolutely! Move on Purpose is designed for every BODY and EVERYBODY! Stephanie offers options and modifications for all fitness levels, so you can go at your own pace.

Since recordings aren’t available due to instructor guidelines, each live workout is designed as a fresh experience you won’t want to miss! We encourage you to join live whenever possible to fully experience the energy and connection of each session.

Once you join Move on Purpose, you’ll receive a link for each live workout. And, you’ll be invited into the closed Facebook group where Stephanie will toss in bonus sessions, additional insights and more!

Right now, Move on Purpose is offered on a month-to-month basis. You can choose each month to continue, so there’s no long-term commitment required—just join for a month, and see how it fits!
